This one was less expensive and not easy to operate. It worked during two workouts and now nothing. Ready to chunk it into the trash. You are able to put in your gender, age, and weight into the watch for a more accurate reading. I like the fact that you can choose your target heart rate zone, fat burn, aerobic or health. It also lets you know if you are in your chosen zone, above or below it. You can also set your activity level ( high or low). It let's you know calories burned and fat burned. The one thing I wish is that it had bluetooth capabilities.
