Carbhub TRX90 Carburetor for Honda TRX 90 EX 90EX Sportrax Fourtrax Carburetor 1993-2005

If you are looking for a carburetor for an 02 honda TRX 90/ sportrax 90 this is the carburetor for you. It is identical in dimension and layout. It bolted on with absolutely zero drama and when I went to start my machine it started on the first pull. Now there are a couple minor detractors. First, the fuel petcock does not seem to function. I mistakenly started the 4 wheeler with the petcock in the off position and it still fired up and ran for about 10 minutes until I was done with it. This isn't a big concern for me because I use it alot and keep the gas topped off. The second issue I had was the idler screw was out of adjustment and the engine idled quite high (about 1/4 to 1/3 throttle buy the sound of it). This also is not a big concern as adjusting the idler screw is very easy (just make sure to do it on a warm engine). In no time at all I had my 4 wheeler purring like a kitten and tearing up earth like an angry bull. In conclusion, price not withstanding, this is absolutely a good carburetor and I highly recommend it. When you factor in the price though I cannot imagine a better deal! Best bang for your buck hands down. It's really great! I love it! Make 4 wheelers great again 2020!

Stock Idle Jet for the Honda 90 is 40. Came with a 32 Idle Jet installed. Tried Carb and gas started pouring out around the fuel cock. I used many of the parts like slide, top and float but had to use the stock bowl with old fuel cock. So I got some value out of it but not what was expected.

I ordered this product it arrived, I removed the old one and installed the new. It was simple to install no issues, however the minute I turned the gas back on....well lets say that is where the fun began. The drain needle to bore was machined incorrectly resulting in fuel pouring down the drain tube on to the floor. I pinched off the line, keeping the fuel from dumping all over the place. Started the four wheeler, ran good, shut it off. Then noticed there was gas pouring out of the carburetor into the filter housing. The gas would not shut off. I still had the old carburetor, so I spent the time cleaning that and used the seals from the new carburetor as replacements. When tearing down the new carburetor I found the needle for the shut off was machined wrong, the float needle to bore was machined incorrectly explaining the fuel not shutting off, and the reserve chamber o-ring was rolled and pinched. I am not sure who is making this product, but please avoid this one, unless you want to rebuild your old carburetor.

It fits good, the fuel lines don work so you will have to get new ones. The petcock was leaking at first but it stopped finally. All in all gets the job done

Works. Slight bog off idle with wot. Petcock leaks only when you press on it.

Leaks from the fuel shutoff right out of the box, very poor product.

Can't beat the price, and perfect replacement with great performance on our Honda Sportrax 90. Finish and material quality isn't up to OEM but works beautifully.
