This is a great product. But with the low roofline of my Camaro I couldn’t even stick it on the visor without it blocking my view. And I couldn’t get it to stay on the part of the dash I thought I could clip it to. I didn’t want to use the vent clip either, as the vents are down low. I noticed the design of the vent clip with the little ball on the end and had a brilliant idea. I grabbed the suction cup mount with the same ball end for an old gps system I have. And boom! Stuck it by the rear view mirror. I wanted to place it on the dash, but it’s way too “slippery” that no suction cups stay. Working well for me so far!

The part that clips to the dash eventually stays loose and just falls off. The clip that clips the the vent also falls completely off when I was driving and it broke my iPhone screen when it fell. I am very upset about this item because this item was perfect but it didn’t live up to its design.

It's a good idea, and it works but the grip is not enough to keep it secure in place on rough terrain or hard driving. in horizontal position the use of your gps or cellphone is in good place, but in vertical position it gets a little obtrusive from my point of view.Keep in mind that it depends of the type or geometry of your dashboard to properly secure and position it. I solved my grip problem with help of a double faced sticky tape and i'm still using it.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus. It holds the phone just fine. I bought it because I wanted to be able to free up my car vents since it's been very hot this summer. I clipped or onto the dash. It didn't stay very well but that could be because my dash is too shallow to get an effective grip. I really wanted to like it but it just doesn't work for my vehicle and phone.

I bought this mobile phone stand. I bought a similar model before. Like other models, this is a very good build, not fragile at all. It allows you to put your mobile phone anywhere you can think of. The holder has a firm "jaw", which can hold the phone firmly but gently in place. You can easily charge the phone through the opening at the bottom of the phone, and you can easily take it out by pressing a button.

The tension in the plastic is what holds it onto the dashboard, and after a week or so, the heat in the car and the constant tension cause the plastic to lose its rigidity and it stops working. Now every time i take a turn my phone goes flying across the car.great for if you only need it for like a week, maybe on a trip or something, but otherwise treat this thing as disposable trash.

strange that amazon asked for adhesion , suction, and security for this holder, this one does not have anyyet, it works as expected, I didnt notice this, but it comes with a AC clip as well.I like it, it is built well, and works well with the rented car I have

This was the perfect solution for my dashboard- but it only worked for about 3 weeks or so- and it literally fell apart. So disappointed.

Ich habe lange nach einer Halterung gesucht die in einem Auto funktioniert, wo alles vors abgerundet ist und keine gerade Saugfläche vorhanden ist, wie bei meinem Toyota Yaris es der Fall ist. und an der Scheibe die Halterungen nicht von länger Dauer waren.

5 etoiles parce qu'il est de bonne facture et parait solide et abordable ,chose importante, il est fourni avec un second support de grille d'aération.Acheter pour l'installer dans ma MG ZS EV , il ne s'adapte pas au dessus du tableau de bord de ma voiture car la "casquette compteur" est trop épaisse pour le support et il ne tient pas sur les grilles car mon smartphone est trop lourd, j'ai aussi essayer sur les cotés de la console centrale mais c'est trop épais aussi , je l'ai recycler sur le montant de mon bureau qui tient parfaitement et évite qu'il traine ou tombe lors de son chargement , malgré tout l'épaisseur idéale de maintien est de 2.5 cm a 3cm si c'est trop évaser en V cela sautera comme les autres personnes l'ont écrit, c'était presque parfait !
