Fits perfect 1989 f150
Part worked perfect, takes time to install but not an awful project. Also if you can’t start your truck you can remove the piece of trim around the steering column, closest to the dash, and push the rod forward with a pair of pliers with the key forward to start it in the meantime, while this comes in.

I used this on my 1989 Ford f250 with 460 and it works without any issue . There were some bad reviews on this but this is good . The material itself is very firm . And the price , come on it’s cheap lol

The stock one breaks easily! This is a spare!
O.K. I bought this part as a replacement. The OEM part has a design flaw. And it WILL break eventually. As the s is a hard part to get. I bought it when I saw it. So it might be a while until I actually use it.

A simple and functional replacement.
Was having an issue with our Ford f-150 and after a bit of hunting around , found out it was this piece in question. Ordered it up and replaced with no issues at all.

hay muchas copias chinas de calidad aceptable que se rompen a los 2 años de uso, pero este producto es muchísimo mejor, y a un precio aceptable, ya que la unica tienda que lo distribuye es autozone pero a un precio exagerado, el borde que se alcanza a ver en la fotografía hace que embone perfectamente, ya que las copias chinas no lo tienen y hay que rebajar cuidadosamente, pero este producto está perfectamente ensamblado y con una calidad superior, recomendado y usado en una Ford F150 91, recomiendo comprar varios, ya que me tomo 2 años poder encontrar esta pieza en varias refaccionarías y deshuesaderos, y lo encontre en amazon que no se especializa en refacciones automotrices, excelente por amazon.
