Super delicious. I'm not consistent enough to know if my hair is responding well but my nails are growing better like they belong to my fingers. Its easy and tasty so ill keep on trucking. It was recommended as one of the healthy brands.

I love these gummies and look forward to taking them every morning they are delicious and do not break me out like other supplements I’ve taken in the past.

I ordered these because I saw them in a YouTube video about someone’s routine for healthy hair and skin. I decided to give hear a try since I’m not a big fan of hard to swallow pills. So far the taste is amazing! I’ve been taking two gummy’s a day since I received them. I’ll have to do an update review because it’s too early to see some results. I will say I surprised to find there wasn’t a plastic seal around the lid, thankfully the paper seal underneath was there.

Too sweet and grainy and the ingredients in this product is a no go for me. I won’t buy this again and don’t recommend this at all.
