Titan Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Case, Military Grade Drop Tested Heavy Duty Full Body Protective Case with Kickstand - Black

After searching for a good while for a case to protect my Samsung S20, I stumbled across the Schnail case. This is not only an extremely durable (might as well be military grade) case that protects not only the screen, but the cameras as well (the edges of the case extend past the screen and cameras for protection), it has small raised dots on the edges to provide extra grip so you don't drop it. My favorite feature of all is the kickstand in the back that folds out to allow me to view my screen either vertically or horizontally when watching videos. This is the greatest value of phone case out there, in my opinion and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Customer service was not only quick, but also very pleasant and helpful. The kickstand is a little stiff upon arrival, but once you begin to use it, it becomes much easier to use.

This case is just about identical in size to an Otterbox Defender. The buttons are easy to press. It is very easy to hold this case and it has the best grip surfaces I have seen on cases for this phone. The kick stand works great. Very, very stiff at first, but a tiny bit of lube applied with a straightened paper clip fixed it pefectly. My stand does not rattle, it is solid. Wireless charging works although it is sometimes finicky about proper placement on the stand. I move it a little and it connects, so that's fine. Wireless power sharing? Your guess is as good as mine. I have Galaxy Buds and they don't charge but I don't care since I keep mine charged on a pad. My guess is that it would work charging another phone since the charging fields are larger but I'm only guessing at that. I like that the case is not as rubbery as the Otterbox Defender. My Otterboxes in the past have suffered swelling rubber and begin to feel tacky in the hand. This case feels nice and solid in the hand. I suppose the Defender is the gold standard in protection, but I think this case would fare just as well when dropped. It does not have a belt clip which is fine with me. That's not an accessory for which I have any use. In case you missed the very blatant warnings: No Screen Protector. Once again, this does not matter to me. Finally, there is no port cover for the USB. I like having one, but I can forgive this one omission. The USB port on this phone is water-resistant anyway. I would like to keep dust and lint out, but I'll just have to resort to a puff of air to blow the port clean if it comes to that. I think this is an excellent case. I understand that some people do not want a big case. I like it. You may not. I would say that its main competition for this case is the Unicorn UB Pro from SupCase. It is about the same price. It is slimmer given that the back is bevelled around the edges. The sides are less thick. It feels less bulky in the hand and slips in and out of a pocket more easily. The Unicorn has a belt clip, port cover, and a stand that works more easily than the Schnail. It is a worthy alternative.

2nd Update: I just left my phone on the roof if my car like a big dummy. It hit the trunk, bounced off, hit the pavement. The back of the case came off, but wasn't damaged, my phone survived intact. I'm ordering another one. UPDATE: I originally purchased the Schnail case in April of 2020. It's now the end of August 2021, almost a year and half later, and it is still the best case I have ever purchased. It still looks brand new, and my phone is in immaculate condition. Yesterday, I dropped it down a rock retaining wall and my phone came out unscathed. The only complaint I have, and it's not really a complaint so much, is that I wore the kickstand out on the back fidgeting with it, popping it in and out, and now it won't stay in place. I would love to just replace the kickstand part, but the price of the case is so good compared to other inferior cases, that I don't really mind buying a new one. I wouldn't mind if they offered some more colors, but honestly the product doesn't have to have a lot of flash, it really is that good. I'm not kidding. Schnail didn't pay me anything for this review, I didn't get a free product. I'm that happy with it. I have had this on my phone for several months now, and it is still in perfect condition, as is my phone. The floors at work are polished concrete, and I am extremely clumsy. I drop my phone at a minimum twice a day, some days more. I've dropped it in parking lots and watched it bounce 5 feet away. My phone doesn't have a scratch on it, and neither does the case. It's hands down, the best case I've ever bought. Better than Otterbox. For as many times as I've dropped it, I would have expected the case to have a few knicks or cracks in it by now, or to come apart when it's dropped, but nope, not even a scuff mark. Occasinally when I drop it, the little kickstand on the back will pop out, but I just pop it back and and it's good to go. I'm not kidding, very very much worth the money. It's a little bit bulky, but still fits in my pockets, which considering how big the phone itself is (samsung S20 Ultra), that's not that bad. I am very pleased with this purchase. I want to give it 10 stars for durability and sturdiness.

This case provides good protection as it's relatively heavy duty. The stand folds out, although it took a bit of use to wear it in. Initially it was hard to pull out, but now it's not bad at all. It keeps the camera off the table and the screen too. If you want a ridged heavy duty and inexpensive case, this is probably an option you should consider. It's definitely going to be on mine especially while doing anything that could be hard on my phone. (Hunting, working outside). It's big so I may use the thinner Schnail case I bought when not at high risk of damage.

I spent $1600 on this phone, and the last thing I need is to spend any more money on a cracked screen, cracked back, or cracked camera lens. Yes, this case isn't thin. Yes, this case isn't sleek. Yes, this case is built like a tank...but guess what? You've also got a way better chance at protecting your investment with this case covering your S20 Ultra! It's beefy and it's thick in all the right places, giving you peace of mind and assurance that your phone won't crack from the slightest drop from insignificant heights. Installation was a breeze, and it even works while I have my Whitestone Dome screen protector on. Despite the thickness though, the grips make it easy to hold, the kickstand doubles as a loop for holding the phone better, AND it still lets you wirelessly charge your phone. This case is serious, and it's for people who are serious about protecting their device. Great product, made with real love and quality.

I am usually not a fan of really big phone cases. I was pleasantly surprised by this one! While it feels very solid and rugged like an Otterbox, there's something about it I can't quite put my finger on that makes it feel good in the hand and not overly bulky, even though it adds a remarkable level of protection. I'm not going to test it, but I have no doubt the claims of "2x military grade protection" is legitimate. I love the fact that the back is a very hard plastic and it transitions to a slightly rubbery edge to make a solid grip. A place where MANY phone cases fall short are the buttons. Not this one. It does admirably! The buttons still feel solid and high quality without sacrificing the natural "clicky" feel of the them without the case. They are just as responsive with the case on as they were with the case off. As a person that buys a LOT of phone cases I can confidently say this is the nicest "high protection" case I've ever used. Durable and sturdy, yet not bulky. Installs easily and looks good. I bought this case based on reviews here as a highly rated, lesser expensive alternative to the Otterbox Defender, which was installed on my previous phone, a Galaxy S9+. I never used the holster of the Otterbox Defender, so that wasn't a case requirement for me. The edges of this case protrude beyond the screen enough to protect the screen when laid flat and face down. The rear camera area is recessed in the case for rear protection when flat. Regarding drop protection, let's hope I don't find out, but this case appears to be a good alternative and well-constructed. I also like the two kick stands on the rear.

Overall - it feels rugged enough and decent case. CONS - Cosmetically this is not what I was thinking I ordered. I was disappointed as the orange was a faded dull color. I was looking for a vibrant orange. I often set my phone down, then forget where i placed it. With the brighter colors, its more eye popping. I am not happy with the color it. Lying flat on an angled surface, the bottom grips are weak and the phone will slide easily. PROS - This does have a solid feel, the phone is snug and tight, all buttons worked, and it was easy to put together. I was able to remove the phone with a little work, which is fine. I want the phone to be in tight. Side grips are good, it does not feel like its going to slip out of my hands. Value for the money? Not for me, I wanted that vibrant orange. The one shipped to me was dull/faded or pale. I will end up ordering another case. If your only concern is duribility, this case might be good. I have not done drop tests. I dont get free phones! LOL
