House of Living Art Dutch Oven, Enameled Cast Iron, 4.7 Quart, Blue

I like this Dutch oven and have been looking for good one for a long time.Pros- It’s thick and well-made, so I expect it will last a long time.- Perfect size for small meals for just my girlfriend and I.- It’s nonstick which makes it super easy to clean. It’s everything I could ask for.Cons- I don’t like that it only comes in one color, and it happens to be one of the last colors I would want…blush pink.- It arrived slightly damaged with a few small chips along the rim. That makes me question it’s durability a little

I LOVE this pot! First, the color is gorgeous. I bought it because I love the way cast iron cooks but I like to use soap to clean pots/dishes, etc. I have a roasted chicken recipe that I make in this pot that comes out so good...the chicken literally falls off the bone. I start by browning the whole chicken on all sides on top of the stove, in olive oil. Then throw tons of garlic cloves under the chicken and bake it for 90 minutes Lin the same pot. You can imagine what a mess the pot is by the time it comes out of the oven. Literally cleans right up with soap and water. I plan to buy everything in this line! ♥️

During COVID stay at home restrictions, I have learned to bake artesian breads. I had a 5 at cast iron Dutch oven, but needed something smaller for my round loafs. This 2.7 quart one is just perfect...turns out beautiful loaves every time. Added bonus, it’s my favorite color, turquoise blue! Easy clean up is another plus.

It looked so beautiful on the picture and I really like to have one. I was a little upset when I opened the box and one of the layer's tap was already cut. It was a returned item. It would be fine if the product is not a defect. Unfortunately it is. See that the things at the bottom, it came that way. It was supposed to protect the lid. See the second picture, the lid was defective, it could not fully close!!! This is the second item with defect that I received from Amazon! I will not get this one not matter how pretty it looks on the picture!!! I can not handle the possibility of receiving another defect product!!!

Perfect for artisan bead, stews, etc. Perfect heat distribution. Love the color.

My other (bigger) Dutch oven is too tall for me to safely brown meat in (I'm in a wheelchair and frankly I can't see over the top of my 6qt, so can only cook in it when Hubby is there to help!) so I ordered this little 3 qt because it's shallow and I can safely cook in it.It's a wonderful pot - the finish is easy to clean and seems as if it will be durable - it's a lovely, soothing shade of pink, good quality cast-iron - what's not to love? This will be one of my favorite kitchen tools for a long time. I love it.

I loved this pot when I first got it but so far I have only used it four times and there is a black divet where the enamel has come off. I never use harsh utensils of any kind including when cleaning the pot. I let the pot cool before cleaning it and I dry it immediately just as instructed. Very disappointed!

I have several dutch ovens different sizes and this one is perfect its the 3quart not too big not too small it will officially be my go to everyday pan! It is heavy but manageable,pretty color. We are only two its perfect for week night meals. Thinking about purchasing the other color I bought the aqua color.

Easy to clean, cooks well, nice shape, pretty color.

I have been using the more expensive version from another well known company, this is no less , actually maybe better even. It is so easy to clean and it maintains the shine and quality inside as well . Well done House of Living !!
