I have had this for several years! It still works great & the charge lasts forever. It is a must for me now for exfoliation. I break out way less after purchasing this years ago.

I have it plugged into the right outlet, but it will not hold a charge. I can't really even review it because I can't use it at all. Reached out to the company for a refund/replacement and they told me to get a refund through Amazon and Amazon of course tells me to go through them. I wish I would have spent a little extra on a better quality product so I don't have to go through this.

This one isn’t as easy to use for me as the other products. I’m sure it’s just me and many people will do great. My own user error has left me with some face hickeys lol. . It’s ok..it goes away in a day or two. Just be sure to be careful and follow instructions. There are videos on utube to help.

I bought a sonic refresher back in July after a couple of months it lost suction so I contact customer service not only did she help me in returning it she sent me a new one thank you for helping me and I will continue to buy Michael Todd

I really tried to enjoy this but the suction is very weak … the mister gets clogged with water alone. Total Waste of money. I wouldn’t keep it for $10. Soap and water clean my face better than this bogus device. Don’t waste your time. Nothing like the spa experience at all.

You need to make sure you charge the unit right before treatment. It charges on a stand. It would be better if it plugged directly into the unit so you could use it while it’s charging. I have to stop in the middle of a treatment and recharge.The mist feature is nice and it’s nice to have the different heads, but I really only use the big one in the small one.

I got this on Tuesday, unboxed and charged it all day Wednesday (10hrs) and just did my face o Thursday (today). The mister doesn’t work well. It barely sprays even with plain water in it. You’re supposed to be able to put your favorite toner in it to mist with but it didn’t work for either my Christian Dior toner or water.I manually had to mist my face but otherwise was able to use the other features and tools.I’m guessing it’s probably just this one device that is an issue as others I’ve seen demoed on YouTube worked fine. Only the mister was the issue for me.I’ll be returning it.

Love this machine, my face looks so good!

Used twice and after charging for 12 hrs battery is working for just 2 min.
