NOW Foods - ADAM Superior Men's Multi - 180 Softgels

These are my favorite multi currently. The ingredients list and forms of vitamins are better than most other brands, even the supposedly well respected ones. They are pretty easy to swallow even two at a time with water or juice. They taste fine and this time around they came in condition. Sometimes they arrive what looks like to be leaking capsules, but forums have said that this is still ok if there is yellowish fluorescent residue leakage on the capsules.

Value for money. Great for health benefits. No strange taste. Only men’s multivitamin I will use. 2 vitamins a day. No smell. No problem pills.

I’ve been taking this multivitamin for many years now. And it’s always been a great product for me.

Most vitamins on the market are cheap imitations of real vitamin supplements. The dosing is insufficient, important vitamins are left out and many vitamins are not in a form that your body can easily absorb. The result is you get little benefit and you are basically wasting your money. Adam is a quality multi-vitamin. You get all of the essential vitamins you really need in doses that are meaningful and in forms that are readily absorbed by your body. If you really are consuming all of the these vitamins in meaningful doses, you actually have to consume a fair amount of stuff. All of that won't fit into the size of an aspirin. It's a lot of stuff. To get everything that Adam says you are getting, you need to take two fairly large softgels. It's common sense. Thankfully these softgels are shaped so that they do slide down pretty effortlessly most of the time, but I've known some who are challenged by it. It's about the same size as your typical quality Fish Oil softgel. This is a quality vitamin supplement at a reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

This particular supplement has been ordered for my program numerous times now due to the quality of the product. It is great for seniors as well even though it does not say it is marketed for such purpose.

I have purchased this product from different sources a few times now and, as others have noted, have found leaking capsules in the bottle every time. Although once there was just 1 capsule that leaked, and stayed at the bottom of the bottle, every other bottle has had enough leakage that many, if not every capsule is covered in yellow "goop" making taking the capsules an annoying process. The "goop" stains everything, and even dumping 2 capsules onto a napkin and using the napkin to transfer them to my mouth doesn't eliminate it entirely, because some of the goop may still get onto lips and needs to be wiped off immediately. In spite of the product being one of the best I've found, I'll be looking for another one.
