Plenty long enough but high maintenance.
Finally, a scrubber that is long enough. As far as size is concerned, this is plenty long enough to accommodate even a large man. It seems well-made and is comfortable and efficient. Comes with a hand-sized scrubber with an elastic loop to slice your hand through. That's the good news. Now for the not so good news: care of the scrubber. After each use it requires being fully soaked and wrung out, but not wrung like a towel. It needs to be done gently. It is to be hand washed only using a solution of wate5r and vinegar or "tea tree oil," soaked for an hour, rinsed and dried. Oh, and by the way, you are advised to replace it every 3-4 months.I have a scrubber with the only flaw being that it is too short. Have had it for many years and it is still in great shape even after innumerable washings, done simply by throwing it in the washer to clean. I just wish that the company that made it made one long enough to use without being a contortionist.

Amazing
I just got out of the shower , and used this back scrubber for the first time , and all I can say is , " Wow " , my back feels so clean , I have used several of these types of back scrubber's for years , but this is my first use of one with a loofah in the center , and it is definitely a far superior clean , then all those others I have purchased before !! I'm not thrilled with this product. I'm even less impressed with the deliberately misleading size information given. Yes, the entire "scrubber" is 42 inches from handle loop to handle loop. However...the actual loofah portion of it is only 10 1/2 inches, placed in the center. Not quite what they imply.I wouldn't buy this product again.

I really do love this XL Loofah
I really do love this XL Loofah. I have shoulder problems and it has always been hard for me to get ahold of both ends of a regular loofah and reach all parts of my back. But not with this one! It really is super long and there is an extra scrubber part in the middle which is thicker and really scrubs off those dead skin cells. I like the small hand held one also for the places I can reach easily. Great product for a great price!

Great back scrubber
Love the loofah. It works as I expected it would, dries quickly and is long enough to reach my back. The hand held loofah is gret for the face and neck. I bought three and will use them once the first one wears out. Would definitely buy again.

Very disappointed.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but in my opinion a loofah that is hung up in the shower should not grow MOLD before it is ever used!!! Too bad, because I liked the design and was looking forward to it.

It's super long. The loofah part is about a foot long in the center is why I've marked it down a bit. If you're ordering an extra long back scrubber, you probably will also want the functional part to be a bit longer as well.

I have bad shoulder arthritis and getting to my back to get a good washing is painful and impossible in most spots. I can get the job done with this with no problem. Would definitely recommend.
