how does it feel when writing on the surface?

This clipboard is solid, hard surface that does not bend and is very smooth and easy to writing. I love it very much.

Does this protect against small splashes of water?

Yes it does. The storage box can protect the inside well. It will protect your papers walking around on a rainy day.

Is this made of polypropylene?

Its made out of high qualiy plastic. It is very sturdy and durable. I have used it for half a year and it is like new.

I need a smaller memo size version. Does the company make one?

Thanks for your question. At present, this clipboard does not have a memo size, but in the future, we will develop a memo size clipboard to meet the needs of consumers. Also, I recommend you two other A5-size aluminum clipboards from Sunnyclip, the size is right for your needs, hope it helps.
