Does ballbalm provide itch relief like ballguard liquid powder?

This Ball Balm does help with irritation and chafing. Unlike the Ballguard you should allow time to dry before putting on clothes.

Why does it have starch? That only feeds jock itch

It has tapioca starch. I don't think this will feed jock itch like corn starch

Does this stuff have a cool/icy feeling or no? And what's it smell like??

No, there's no cool or icy feeling when you apply it, feels like putting on lotion, but since you should air it or fan it to let it dry, it will feel like a cooling sensation. As far as smell, it has a fresh scent like a bodywash. I think it smells good. Worth a try and way better than talcum powder or just regular lotion.
