NIV, Life Application Study Bible, Third Edition, Large Print, Leathersoft, Gray/Pink, Red Letter

I love the detail. The notes section helps a new convert like myself in understanding what the Scriptures are saying and I can study and be prepared before bible study classes. The print is a little small for my bad eyes but still big enough that I can see without my glasses. There is a summary at the beginning of the chapter, times lines in some and maps. The only problem I have with this bible is how thin the pages are I have put the tabs on for ease h chapter and they tear so easily.

I love this study Bible. This Bible is beautiful and easy to read. The letters are large and the comments are so helpful and beautifully written. I liked this Bible so much I got another as a gift for my sister. If you are on the fence because of the price, just do it, it’s worth every penny.

I have many bibles, but I wanted a study bible. I am more than pleased with this selection. It not only explains the scripture, but includes the history, geographical areas and describes each person in detail. Highly recommend.

I purchased this bible with the intent it will be my primary and "final" bible. The color (pink/gray) and material (imitation leather) is beautiful and appears durable. I love how it feels in my hands. I initially ordered the regular print version but I found the print/ink to be exceptionally light and had a hard time reading it for that reason....not because the print was too small. I then ordered the Large Print for comparison. That one arrived, the print was both larger and more intense. While the large print version is a larger bible I have no issues carrying it or using it on my lap. It opens up fully and lays flat that way. Having decided to keep the larger print version I know believe this one will be the last one I need, as I age and my eye sight starts getting worse. This is a very user friendly bible and I love the Life Application version as it provides insight on how to take God's Word and apply it to our daily living and current cultural and political environment. I'm in my late 40s and currently do not wear glasses but I felt the larger print version was a better match for my needs going forward.

Absolutely love this Bible. I love the commentary at the bottom of each page that gives a better understanding of some verses. I like the bigger font and the cover is beautiful!

I just love this application study Bible!!!! This Bible is nice & sturdy. Very nice reference and explanation of scriptures. I love how it has the charts to allow you dive a bit deeper in your studies.

I really love this bible, and it makes me want to study the Word more. I love the easy-to-read text size (and it IS large print in response to some of the others saying the print wasn't large enough. This is indeed large print over the standard size), the information at the bottom of each page that explains each verse so I can understand it better, the summaries/backstories/history at the beginning of each chapter, and the extensive index at the back, including maps and reading plan. I love the colors on the cover too - so pretty. It is a large bible due to all of the "extras" included and requires an extra-large cover, but everything you need for an in-depth bible study is all at your fingertips. It's a must-have if you really want to dive in and study. I have no problem carrying this to church despite its weight. Others mentioned the pages sticking together, and I wanted to comment on this because mine did stick together, but this is a new bible, and it is to be expected for the pages to be tightly packed until the bible has been used with pages routinely flipped through. The pages are thin, but they are thin in every bible. That is not a flaw. You can slightly see the text through the opposite side, but it is not distracting, nor worth dismissing this bible as an option. The highlighting bleed-thru was not terrible, but that also depends on what highlighters you use and how hard you press down. I used pastel highlighters and had no issues. I really have nothing negative to say about this bible. It's very well-made and so pretty. Very happy with this purchase.

I needed an all in one study Bible. This Bible meets and exceeds my needs. Life Application notes, personality profiles, In-text maps, charts, and diagrams, Dictionary/concordance, maps and charts, Extensive side-column cross-reference system to facilitate deeper study, Good verse by verse commentary, large print, leather cover, red letter, maps and NIV translation. I love this Bible. I did add Mr. Pen tabs. My most favorite Bible.
