A colleague at a conference recommended this as "the good pillow" and she was so right! I just completed a 3-week trip to China featuring 13-14 hour nonstop flights at the start and the finish, and some long train rides in the middle, and I am never traveling without this pillow again. It easily readjusts like a slinky into whatever shape you need, and isn't heavy to carry around, yet it is sturdy enough that the weight of your head doesn't just crush it flat. What worked for me was making a small coil behind my head and using most of the pillow as a long hook supporting the side of my jaw. Sleeping on planes has never come easily to me, but this pillow makes a big difference. It is both comfortable and provides the support you need. What works for you may be different, but the genius of this design is that you can try out any number of configurations until you find the right one. The cover unzips and is machine washable. It has a snap so that it clips onto a shoulder strap easily. I would also recommend this for long car rides, though probably not for drivers--it's so comfortable it might be hard to stay alert! My only regret is that I did not purchase something like this years ago.

I have been waking up for weeks with an extremely sore neck, so I bought this pillow thinking it might help. IT DID!! I have only been using it for 2 nights, but my neck pain is gone and I have slept soundly without waking up through the night with neck pain. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. It can lay flat or can bend in any configuration needed. I have used it flat under my neck and bent up on each side to support the sides of my neck while I sleep. I have not used it traveling yet, but will definitely be taking it along on my next trip as I know how comfortable it is! When you bend it, you can hear the spine of the pillow clicking into place, but don’t ever feel that inner spine. I highly recommend this pillow!!

This bendable neck pillow provides much better support than the usual "C" shaped neck pillows. I wear a size 19 shirt, so most of the "C" shaped pillows are too small to provide decent support. This pillow can adjust to support any neck size. It's thick enough to provide good neck support. it can be twisted so you can rest your head against it, if you're sitting in a window seat on a plane. You can adjust it so one end is under your jaw to prevent you head from falling forward.The pillow seems well made, but we will have to see how it stands up to a long trip. The cover is removable and washable. It's important that this type of cylindrical pillow have a plastic[?] "spine" down the center so that once you bend it into the shape you want, it stays like that until you change it. This has that "spine". However it was somewhat stiff, and I had to bend each segment of the spine to get it to flex easily. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.All in all, a major improvement on the old style neck pillow.

I'm prone to falling asleep on long car trips and I think that many of us can agree that cars don't always provide the most comfortable ways/positions to sleep in. The great thing about this neck pillow is how adjustable it is. Especially on long car trips, being able to position the pillow in a way that makes it so my head isn't constantly banging against the window while still supporting my neck was really great. Also, the snap keeps the neck pillow around my neck even while I'm walking around, and the adjustability of the neck pillow means that when I do decide to use the snaps, the pillow won't choke me or feel too tight. This pillow has the added bonus of a removable cover (super soft, by the way) which I think is sometimes lacking in other pillows and is a really useful feature.

The fabric is nice and soft. The foam used in this too firm. It doesn’t give near enough to be comfortable around my neck. I ended up sitting on it since the seats on the plane were bothering my back. I couldn’t sleep with this on my neck.

I took a red eye and it was my first flight since the Pandemic. I had ordered this as it seemed like a good idea as I like to lean against the window. I certainly didn’t expect to sleep. This supported my elbow and wrapped up my arm for me to lean on and I slept the entire flight. I recommend this. It’s nice that you can take off the cover to wash it. Weirdly it now is between my nightstand and the bed in a modifier “U” shape supporting a 1/2 pillow so my senior dog does not fall off the bed!

While the pillow is comfortable, nice foam & soft fabric, the strong point is that you can get in in positions an ordinary neck pillow won't. I am a short woman & usually find using an auto neck rest, particularly in a pickup, is impossible. It only barely hits the top of my head to push it into my chest. I got this pillow to hold my neck & head comfortably while bracing it against the door. Great for resting while my husband drives. There are many ways this pillow will come in handy.

Description says “100% cutton”, which I assumed is a misspelled variation of cotton. In fact, as the picture shows, it’s 96% polyester and 4% elastane, which makes it very warm around the neck. The manufacturer chose to misrepresent the fabric content and that’s unacceptable.There’s some mold or discoloration on the inside memory foam- also seen in the pic. Have no idea what it is, but it’s disturbing.Pillow is bulky to transport and too long- even when bent around the neck, it’s longer on both ends which makes for an uncomfortable feeling.Fabric snap on pillow is not long enough- I had difficulty attaching it to my carry-on.I had high expectations considering all the fantastic reviews, but this pillow is not recommended for all the reasons stated above.
