I have been using this organic cold pressed castor oil for several years. It is great value for money and excellent quality. Easy to use and a little goes a long way. It has a pleasant smell and I like the consistency. Im going to be 44 soon and I have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for almost 5 years. I find this castor oil helps my skin to feel moisturised and it helps with fine fine lines and wrinkles. I rub it into my hair edges and scalp. I have found its helping with hair growth after losing hair. Even my eye brows and eyelashes are thickening. The castor oil also helps my curls stay moisturised. I use it as a compress at times especially under my armpit around my cycle. With the hormone flucations, it can feel very tender there and it helps. I like to also use it with essential oil at times. This oil has never brought me out in a rash or caused any spots. I smother it on my face before bed most nights. I find it very effective.
