How do open the turtle? It’s difficult to open

There is a switch on the tortoise’s back near the neck. You can open it with force. Some new products are a bit difficult to open. With a little force, the back will be easier after the first opening. Thank you

The bottom of this tortoise jewelry storage box is 1.68in long, the head is 1.1in high, and the tail is 2.32in high. Because it is manually measured, there is an error of 2-3cm.

Dear customer, hello, there is a switch on the tortoise’s neck and back, you can turn it on from here, and some new products are a bit difficult to open. Use a little bit of force. After the first time, it will be easier. You can try a few more times, thanks
