This was my second round , making this my 2nd and 3rd month dosages . I’m almost finish with the 3rd months . I tried to wait awhile before writing my review to truly be able to provide my honest review. I have notice no significant change for myself. I bought this to help with overall health and my blood pressure in addition to daily ,dietary and overall activities changes that were already in place. My BP basically stated at the level I had already worked to get it to and no additional changes . I gained no additional energy or boost of any kind to be honest . It made me think I needed to get other levels changed . Recently I added a different natural herb and within a week began to see significant changes and some of the ones infinite age sea moss promotes that it does.
