Husband asks me to reorder when 1/4 is remaining. I use a little bleach in the dish water to remove red/orange color from dishes

I has a great expectations for this red lol, however the taste fell short. It has a very weird after taste. It's nothing like the red oil/zomi that I know. After using it the second time, I honestly don't know if I can use it again. I am a bit disappointed though, because the color and texture look great, but can't say the same about the taste.
