Most of my hydration needs are after long bike rides when I need something for recovery.I got a free sample of NOW Sports electrolyte tablets in Tropical Punch, and now I can't imagine my post-bike rides without it.Not only am I getting the electrolytes I need to recover, but the B vitamins and Caffeine (about a half cup of coffee equivalent) give me an instant energy boost and kick in alertness.It is hard to dissolve, but I found shaking it vigorously and maybe using a shaker cup speeds up its dissolving time.I highly recommend the Tropical Punch one.

Been using this product for years. Very high electrolyte volumes - far more than higher rated competing products Amazon highlights everytime I purchase this product. I exercise outdoor in 90 degree 70+% humidity, and sweat profusely. Flavor is less important than replenishment for me.

I bought the lemon and threw it away. I figured for the price I would give her a shot but I could not get it down. It was disgusting.

Recently started using this in my water bottle when cycling to help me from getting leg cramps. It does the job and the price is good. Although I'll likely keep using them, I do wish that I enjoyed taking a swallow. Seems too sweet for me. Diluting it helps, but not much. Maybe I'll try the other flavors if / when they become available here, but for now, I'll just think of it as medicine rather than something I enjoy drinking.

When looking for a good electrolyte, make sure it doesn't have magnesium oxide. The best form of magnesium is glycinate but that form doesn't taste good. Magnesium oxide is the worst form and the body can't easily absorb it and can cause bowel movements. In small doses like this, Magnesium citrate is the best most absorbable, best tasting form. In larger doses Magnesium citrate can also speed up your bowel movements, though at this low of a dose it won't do that. Now in the case of this electrolyte mix, it has listed "magnesium carbonate" and also the first ingredient "citric acid" those two bond together to make "magnesium citrate." So this one is good! Also avoid artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose which can give people migraines and cause other health problems. Look for Stevia, which is much healthier, though you may need to get used to the taste.

Suits my hydration needs very well. These tablets mix well with my essential amino acids for my intra-workout drink. One tube gives you 10 electrolyte drinks for the price of a Gatorade. The flavor isn’t great but the effectiveness of the price is a great value.
