Can you use this to convert both a wii game and vcr to hdmi at the same time or do i have to buy two boxes?

You can only convert one at a time so would need 2 boxes

Would this work for a Nintendo 64 to connect to tv via hdmi

I used it to connect a Wii to tv hdmi and it worked perfectly. It lists N64 so should be ok.
