SmartSign - K-7496-AL-12x18 "Private Property - No Trespassing, Protected by Video Surveillance" Sign | 12" x 18" Aluminum 12" x 18" Non-Reflective Aluminum

Ok, so it's the only sign I've ever bought, except for the http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VY0HGM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 plastic sign I purchased at the same time. This is an exceptional sign - the perfect size, nice and clear black lettering on a white background, and there is a coating over the sign that makes the sign seem protected and waterproof. The printing is not reflective, but it is easy to read. (I'm not sure if the white background is reflective or not. If that's important to you, leave a comment and I will go outside and check.) The sign appears to be made like the signs on the side of the road, the quality is that high. I placed this on the fence on the back of my townhouse and it fits perfectly. I like how easy it is to see from the street, but how it isn't like this honkin' eyesore.Bottom Line: Nice metal sign that is easy to read from a distance. Two holes provide space for nails. The metal is sturdy - it will not easily bend. I would absolutely purchase this again. I'm super happy with this whole transaction...well, as happy as you can be about buying a sign.

I loved the quality of these signs. I bought four of them and used some stainless steel hardware from Lowes to install them on my aluminum fences. They reflect light and are easy to read and washable.

Made the lawyers are happy for now. 😀 Did you know the police cannot easily remove some one from your property with out this sign, ad if someone trespasses and hurts themself on your property they can sue you!

Ok now I HAD to leave a good review for this particular sign. I bought several different signs in one order but this is my favorite by far. Very Proffessional looking signage. Heavy duty material. Reflective. Pre-drilled mounting holes. Cost effective.I have several apartment buildings and purchased these signs to warn potential squatters and uninvited guests.I was actually surprised at the quality.Nice job!

High quality professional grade sign!!!Used one to notify trespassers on my farm land. Posted it and backed up the threat with a Game Camera hidden in the trees along side the farm access road. Had one unauthorized hunter push on past apparently not believing the sign - Used the Game Cam image of his plate to turn him in the the Sheriff Dept. The fact that I had posted the SIGN and warned of surveillance REALLY assisted in the prosecution! NOW the local boys are BELIEVERS.

I don't mind the kids playing on the hill on the other side of the fence but as soon as one of them does something stupid.... Anyway they haven't quite figured out we throw all the dog poop over the fence. Well kids will be kids. Oh the sign! Well built aluminum should hold up to the weather just fine.

Product as described. Solid, not flimsy, and way cheaper than a sign store. I’d buy again.

Item just as described however had some damage to it - sharp notches around the sites.

I pay the same price for a plastic sign at the bigbox stores. I highly recommend it.
