Review: Best Pilates grip socks - I’m relatively new to Pilates and wasn’t sure what to start off with. I had one Pilates session and the trainer recommended these (she also sells them in her studio). Bought them and they have been wonderful! Yes they are pricey but so worth it. I started with just two pairs last year ( I was only going twice a week) but they still look, feel, and have the traction as if they were brand new. They wash well, don’t pill, and air dry them per the instructions. Depending on shoe brands, I’m between a 5.5 and a 6. Both the XS and S sizes hold my feet in well. I now have a total of 5 pairs and they are going strong. They are nice and thick but my feet don’t get hot or sweaty. I have great traction when on the reformer and the box. My foot and socks stay in place and I don’t have to pull or tug on them. They make me feel secure while moving through the moves. Will continue to purchase this brand.

Tavi makes high quality grip socks that are great for Pilates, especially when you’re doing exercises that require you to be standing on the reformer. For safety, I really recommend these because of the snug fit, which you don’t get with some of the more strappy styles.
