I applied (mixing it with water to form a thick paste) this on my sprained ankle which was swollen. It was effective right since the first use and the swelling reduced a lot.

Hd purchased this for using in face pk. however the haldi is nt smooth n finely powdered but hs rough granules.using as a face mask/scrub for sensitive skin may nt be advisable.i started getting severe itching in sensitives areas of the face like ard the lips n nostrils n undereye. Those with sensitive skin shd avoid .if using for cooking purpose it's fine nt for face.

This’s amazing herbal haldi with Ayurvedic benefits. But sadly its not for cooking food. Whole taste gone bitter(Kadwa), i couldn’t enjoy my meal. But it’s good in hot milk.
