This is a excellent painting to do a bit costly but worth it , the paint is the best I have ever used didnt need to thin any of it , mixing colors wasnt difficult theres plenty of paint , plus its printed on a board saving me the trouble of gluing the canvas to a panel . Only issue is its an odd size and a custom frame would be expensive , I used a 16 by 20 four piece poster frame for about five dollars , then using a box cutter I cut the plexiglass panel and moldings to fit the picture , made a great picture !

I've been purchasing and completing paint by numbers for the last 6 months. As a Londoner, I was drawn to this but it is a higher price than all the others, but I bought it anyway. The approx $10 price difference gets you everything and more. Its not the sometimes too thick or too thin canvas. Its a board, so its not folded (my biggest compliant on other reviews) with far, far superior paint to any I've used before. It also comes with 1 great quality brush. It does require you to mix paints, which scared me to start with but the key is easy to understand. In addition, smaller sections are left blank so you don't end up with areas where you have no idea what the number was. You get sections of the picture, real size, that tell you what numbers to use for those blanks. Lastly...no1 is not printed, so that you don't get the problem of trying to cover the number with layers of paint. Again, they key gives you which areas no1 is. I can't praise this enough. If you have ever used any other manufacturer for these kits, you'll never go back (as long as Amazon keeps a decent range of paintwork kits).

Never disappointed

I have enjoyed working on this painting. However, I’m running out of one of the colors of paint. The instructions state to send the number of the paint that we need additional containers of. The website on the instructions sends me directly here to Amazon, and the phone number is incorrect. There is no email otherwise I would send that way. I’m afraid I won’t be able to complete my painting since I’m almost out of the paint that I need. It’s too bad, since this was my first attempt at paint by numbers, and I was very excited.

I think I might have received some of the wrong colors. In many places, the image on the box was inconsistent with what the instructions would have yielded. I didn’t work on it much when I discovered that. I’d be hesitant to try it again.
