Unfinished Wooden Alphabet Letter Set - Wide

I bought these for my sisters baby shower. It was a huge hit and more practical than playing games. The cost was comparable to having 3 games with gifts for the winners and my sister was able to use it in her nursery. Since these do not have a nail or something to hang it with she is going to put them on a shelf. However, these are light enough to use a thin nail or a picture hanging kit or even those 3m strips.We bought a pack of 25 brushes from Walmart and paint from Home Depot. At Home Depot they have these sample 10 oz jars that you can choose what color you want. They were $2.50 each. We got 2 of those one for each color of her nursery and then we used 1 that was just white. We still had paint leftover.

Bought paint samples from Lowe's and had a painting party. Took advice from another review and hot glued thumb tacks on back of letters to hang on wall. Make sure your glue covers the head of the tacks on the boards to keep them tight.

I love the variety of shapes and sizes! I had a ton of fun painting the letters using acrylic paint. I took another poster's advice to hot glue thumb tacks to the back for easy hanging. So simple!

These are fantastic! We bought them for my daughters baby showers and everyone loved painting them for the babies rooms. We did prime them before the parties but that was a personal preference.

These letters were exactly what I was looking for. They will be used for a baby nursery and we are painting them at a baby shower this weekend. I love the variety of sizes and styles. They are exactly as pictured. I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 because the ampersand arrived broken. All other letters are in perfect condition. There is not much packing material to protect the letters in the box.

I love these letters. They are super cute and aren't to big! They'll look awesome in my daughters nursery. They require a couple of coats of paint but thats me painting with a brush. My husband later suggested spray painting them which I might for the rest I have left to do. Also, when I received my order I was missing the letter "u." I emailed the company in within a matter of minutes I heard right back and they were going to send me the letter right out and apologized for the inconvenience. I received the "u" the other day and am very impressed with the quality and service!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to! These letters are wonderful! I took the time to create animal alphabet letters by hand for each one! They are adorable!!!! We hung them in the playroom and I hope they will bring literacy, learning, and fun to my daughters life for years to come! Thank you so much! I may be buying more if friends and family want me to make them a set haha!!!

I painted these letters all different colors with acrylic paint & hung them in my home daycare playroom. I hot-glued silver flat-head pushpins on the back & stuck them in the wall. MUCH easier than trying to nail all of them & having to adjust them making tons of holes! They're solid enough where they won't warp & light enough to hang without falling. I've attached a picture as to what they look like! VERY HAPPY!

One downfall is MDf cuts make raw edges so its a little difficult to get clean finish on the edges when painting. But the letters turned out beautiful. Great product!
