ColumbiaMens flex roc pant

I tried a few pairs of Columbia’s ROC pants in black and khaki in 34, 35, and 36 sizes. These are good pants and a solid choice if you can overlook some drawbacks:(1) The velcro closures on the side and back pockets are very small. It’s a challenge to line them up to close securely. Velcro closures on a pant at this price point are an odd design choice to begin with, but then to make them so tiny seems like a “bean counter” choice as well. Buttons or zippers on the pockets would have looked better and been more functional.(2) The fabric holds dirt, lint, and pet hair. Other reviewers have mentioned this as well. If you own pets that shed, do not under any circumstances order black.Otherwise, these are just fine. Swap out the velcro for a nicer alternative and tighten the weave a bit, and they would be darn near perfect.

I have had several of these pants before. These seem way more baggy than previous ones I have worn.

Great pants overall. They look nice enough to wear to dinner or the office, but are comfortable and durable enough to wear for fishing/hiking pants.

Fit is not right. Order down on waist size. Mine felt like a 34x30 instead of 30x30.

The pants are constructed well, but they are a bit high in the crotch. Not much room for the boys and play hide the seem in the buttocks. Not the fit for me, but they may fit others better.

Pants are great but try and find a straight fit if you are not a big guy.....if you are heavy and a bit thick in the bum area then classic or relaxed fir is for you- Great pants very nice material

Ideal general purpose pair of trousers. Would definitely recommend the Columbia Big & Tall range.
