Mofo helped me allot at work. I work in a in a dump truck doing demo & hauling. I demo houses & throw the construction trash in the back of a dump truck. When I first started, I thought about how hard it'd be. I thought it was impossible. So one day when I got all the business I started walking slow & taking too many breaks. I felt like going to bed. After mofo I felt good & happy on the job. Even the heavy lifts felt better. Mofo is great for a hard working blue collar man.

I am 37 and have worked road construction for the past 19 years. When my wife told me I should try this I figured it was going to be another snake oil gimmick. I have been taking this product for close to a year now. It took about three months before I noticed that it was doing anything. It took one of my coworkers making a comment about my knees not popping anymore and wanting to know what I did for me to actually realize that something had changed. The change was was very slow and gradual and I really hadn’t thought about my knee pain becoming less and less, joint popping has quit completely. I have quit drinking energy drinks and don’t feel like I need the constant pick me up (I was drinking 2-3 C4’s a day) I don’t know if this is because of this supplement, but I haven’t changed anything else so I will credit it to the supplement. I will say the capsules smell and taste awful so you need to swallow them fast. I now have several of the guys at work taking this and they are all believers as well. This product really works.

This has steroids, I took one and my heart felt irritated and I got angry easily. I would get tense and it wouldn’t go away, I had trouble sleeping and pretty safe to say this stuff has anabolic steroids. Don’t buy it. If you see the other reviews talking about higher energy and muscle growth you know why. Steroids also cause testicles to shrink and decreased libido in some people. Get supplements that are third party tested and batch tested if you want to be safe

What I shared here was only a small portion of one email, we wrote back and forth several times. The only negative I still have at this point is that the thyroid product is only available in their online store. With package theft increasing daily, having Amazon Locker as an available delivery option has given me great peace of mind. Brian, please consider changing this. Most of us work during the day and can't be home to receive our packages. So I've been taking this for over 2 years now. Quality of sleep became better. And it gave me better motivation in life. But for some reason, my body temperature slowly started to increase, and made me a bit short tempered. This is not a side effect of beef liver. This is an exact side effect you get from steroids. So I decided to take some off days and I slowly started to become more relaxed. I took it again and this side effect came back again. This is not something I got from consuming natural beef liver. Even over consuming didn't even give me this side effect. After taking couple months off, it did get my sleeping pattern to normal. It did help me increase my motivation. And it's still that way after some time. But this side effect is just weird. Since beef liver has lots of calcium and iron, over consuming will lead to headaches and diarrhea. So I could care less about reviews talking about those problems. Some slight steroids are legal and given to senior citizens by doctors to help their bones and muscles. This just feels like it contains that slight amount. Somebody who can test this supplement might have to check into this. Because I cannot take these anymore because of these side effects. And no, I do not take any supplements except this one.

Updated review: After over one year of using the product, my boyfriend calls this his most important supplement of all - and he has a ton of stuff in the cupboard. He has agreed to publish results of his testosterone blood tests that he has taken over the past year and a half (image attached of numerous results over time - 2 different labs). We have learned a few things: First, MOFO has been a helpful product to get him out of borderline (Aug 2019 reading) and into healthy ranges. Second, testosterone levels vary more than expected. Don’t get fixated on one test result. Test frequently (it’s easy with online blood testing) and look for consistent overall patterns. Read the entire review, especially the “ex-vegan” part. This product can help many men return to peak hormonal health by boosting cellular energy.
