Packaging is fine
Most of the reviews moaned about the fact it didn’t arrive in better packaging. It was environmentally friendly with no plastic whatsoever or those silly plastic ties. I’m all for companies reducing unnecessary packaging. I’ve only given it 4 stars as thought the doll was a bit pricey but my 4 year old was over the moon when she got it.

Seems pricey in plain brown package
Seems expensive for what it is. Poorly presented in just brown cardboard packaging As presumably usually given as gift to child, should come in attractive box
