At this price you cannot be expecting some super-comfy luxurious office chair, but for a chair in this price range it is above average and certainly not the worst. It's comforable enough and cetainly a lot comfier than the chair I am replacing. As for putting it together - it's a bit fiddly, but here's a tip for any potential consumers of this chair. First attach the arm-rests to the back-rest loosely and then slot the seat in between afterwards, then screw in all the bolts and tighten them up, it's a lot easier doing it that way. Also the metal base plate under the seat, make sure it has the word "FRONT" with the helpful pointing arrow clearly stamped on it. I received one that did not, (Quality Control - do your job properly!). Yes I ordered two! The second one was fine with "FRONT" and the arrow clearly stamped, just so you know which way round it should be attached to the underside of the seat. So all in all not a bad chair, not a great one, but there certainly are a lot worse chairs out there.

First of all the overall quality is really low, at the point that we couldn't even properly mount it because a screw would not fit.When my partner sits on it (he is 76kg) the plastic holders that support the wheels bend. This is very unsafe at the point that I am using the chair without wheels because I am afraid it will break otherwise.If I am allowed to, I will add a picture of this....

Chair was difficult to assemble, very uncomfortable to sit on, caused pain in legs after a short time. We decided to send it back. The dismantling proved a big problem as some parts were impossible to take apart and in their dismantled state not all could fit in the carton in which the chair arrived. I managed to attach a second carton to the original so that the dismantled chair could be returned.The request for a paid return lable did not succeed after three times. The seller kept asking for photo of the defect! Credit goes to the superb service by Amazon who sorted my problem by refunding the amount I paid. The last email from the suplier after all this asked if I have received the chair yet! Absolutely a hopeless firm to deal with!

The product's instructions are simple and it should be simple to assemble, but unfortunately the quality of it means it's not. I had to get a tradesman as I was unable to do it: he had to use more sophisticated tools, wasn't able to do it in the order that the instructions indicated (due to the mechanics of it), some of the screws barely had any thread so were unusable, and also the screws that are supposed to be used to fit the back of the chair in place, are so short that they come undone every two seconds. The cushion and chair itself were comfortable for the brief half hour I was able to sit on it before the screws came loose (the problem is the quality of the screw/thread, as they were screwed in tightly with an electric screwdriver). If it wasn't for the times - isolation, inability to get to a post office or carry the thing - I would be returning and seeking a refund.

Bought the chair and tried to put together... could not get the screws to work..they were not long enough for the chair. Carried out the instructions to the tee but still the back screws wouldn't hold. So we decided to return. They kept on asking for a video/photo which we sent but had to ring Amazon to get a refund. As it is we still have the chair and the seller has not been in touch following the problem with the video so not a good product.

This was the hardest chair I have had to assemble and now I am using it, it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used, I will not recommend it to anyone

Stylish chair. Not that easy to assemble as it's quite cumbersome; there was also one screw on the back that would not fit into the relevant position now matter what I did. I've had to leave the chair without this in place; it hasn't affected sitting on the chair though; but a bit of a nuisance when trying to assemble.

It broke after less than 6 months. So annoying as it’s a really smart chair, it’s just the Bolt broke through the plastic back.PLEASE reinforce the hole for the bolt and stop wasting precious materials!
