We have very hard water. This pumice stick gently cleans and the pumice stone material is gentle. It works on the sink as well as the toilet. It was easy to use and I like the versatility for dual use. Other chemical cleaners are expensive not yielding the same clean result as this stone. It’s a great value for the money! It really works. It will take a bit of elbow grease and a little time but the results are worth it. I would encourage you to do the rim of the bowl first while it is still angled because it will start to get smaller and shorter. And remember the instructions: How to Use Safely: Wet it: Soak the pumice stone in water for 15–20 seconds before use. Wet the surface: Ensure the toilet bowl area is wet. Scrub gently: Gently scrub the stained area to remove build-up without applying excessive pressure. Rinse: Flush to remove any residue. Store: Let it air dry

I gave this five stars because it works beyond excellent. This is an EXCELLENT product. My toilet looks brand new again. Thank you for providing this product. I was at my wits end with all the toilet stains. Yes, you need to use some effort and yes, it takes some time as well. This is NOT an easy fix. The stone needs to stay wet the whole time and it will wear down slightly as you work with it. Well, I was told my first review was pulled because I said something that was not acceptable. What that was, I am not sure but I must have triggered one of those folks who gave this one star. It is so hard to hold back my words right now. Legitimately, you NEED to work with this tool. Those triggered folks refused to put any effort into actually USING the tool. It is not fair to a business that puts out a really great and useful tool to have certain persons then talk negatively about the product because they refuse to do what needs to be done in order to have the product work for them. Then, they complain because I call those folks out. I did it in a very nice way too. I must have because I have no clue what I could have said that was "Mean", "Harassing" or what ever other words they used. Beyond Ridiculous. All I wanted to do was say something really nice about this product and how good it is and to say the ones who gave this 1 star were not being fair. Now, this has become a rant about those folks instead of a really great rant about the product. I guess the 1 star folks win again. What a shame. I am so beyond tired of all this behavior. Like almost anything out there, this is a tool that qualifies for Real Life Use. By that I mean you cannot just say to the tool "Hey fix my dirty toilet" And magically it will. No. You need to be a participant in the use of said tool. This became more about all the bending over backwards for mean folks then it did about the product and that is a reflection of the crashing and burning of our society these days. Don't buy something and then turn around and trash the product because you lack the understanding or the fortitude of actually doing the work involved in ensuring that tool works right. How can anything I just said be misconstrued as offensive? I am a full grown adult giving a full grown adult review. Do not act like little children about my review.

This pumice toilet bowl cleaner works really well for tough stains and buildup that regular cleaners don’t always remove. It took care of hard water rings and left the bowl looking much cleaner with a little elbow grease. It’s easy to use and lasts a long time. You do have to be careful not to press too hard, especially on delicate surfaces, but overall it does exactly what it’s meant to do. A solid option for deep cleaning toilets.

We have extremely hard water and do not have a water softener. I tried a number of cleaning products and even mixed up solutions at home but nothing worked to remove lime and rust. This product is amazing! With a little elbow grease, I was able to remove almost all stains! Highly recommend!!

I have tried for 5 years, since moving into this house, to remove the hard water ring around the toilet in our guest bath. It drives me so crazy looking dirty that I thought about replacing the toilet. Well holy cow. This REALLY WORKS!!! It arrived today and I immediately had to try it. It took some muscle, a lot of scrubbing, and a little patience but the toilet looks brand new. Also, I did use about half of the stick for 1 toilet, so don't be surprised when the toilet water turns white from the pumice grains. I didn't notice any residue after flushing. The handle was fine, but would be more user friendly if it was rounded. Either way, with some scrubbing and a little muscle, it looks like a brand new toilet and I couldn't be happier.

The product works well, as long as it is on a flat surface or 90° angle since the pumice itself is square and won't reach in narrow or curved places like the toilet bowl rim. Therefore, I can't give it a 5 star rating because the intended purpose for my purchase was precisely to remove the excessive mildew build-up in the toilet bowl rim which the previous renter allowed to accumulate. I had tried every harsh and nontoxic cleaner I could find, but to no avail. That's when I ran into this product and everyone praised how well it worked for toilets and showers. Well, I advise you to look elsewhere if your problem resides in a tight corner or crevice because this won't reach it.

I have lived in our home for two years and tried several different products to remover the stains in my toilet bowls. I was ready to buy new commodes but decided to give this a try. This product is incredible. With very little effort I was finally able to remove those tough stains. It is lightweight and the handle makes it easy to use. It was a great value for the cost. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

4.5 stars! These should be in every hardware and plumbing store, household goods in department stores, etc. Anyone who has a well, hard water, etc. will especially benefit from this product. We have a well so a ring doesn’t take long to appear. Scale and such just doesn’t come off well enough with a toilet brush or cleaner alone. I discovered this product a while back and the toilet was transformed. I do recommend buying the twin pack, or even a couple twin packs. I have a twin back now and each handy case is marked: 1. Toilet only and 2. Anything but toilet. It’s helped with our ring at the sink drain and scale there as well. I even used it on the scale on our taps that nothing else could touch. I’ll be using it next on our tub after having an iron issue in our water that has since been corrected. The extra iron left a faint ring around the tub. Hopefully our new water softener, set to deal with the well water specifics will mean I need to do a pumice clean too often. But it’s bandy when you need it! I wish there were other shapes and sizes so that is my only complaint. It’s why I rated 4.5 stars and not actually a full 5. It’s hard to get around the top of the bowl and tight spots with the ice-pop shape. (Sorry for a food comparison but it’s the only thing that is shaped like that.). TIP: Keep rotating the pumice handle in your hand so that the pumice gets more evenly worn down and is less likely to weaken and break off. I also quickly rinse mine after and press some paper towel around it to get the excess water off. Then they go back in their marked cases.

E probado muchos productos y ninguno era eficaz, pero este a sido maravilloso con el mínimo esfuerzo me a dejado el wc como nuevo es muy recomendable para poder limpiarlo y quitar la bichosa cal que se queda como piedra en el interior del lavabo.

J’ai acheté ça en pensant que à serait utile pour nettoyer les trace de calcaire au fond des toilettes mais ça n’a eu aucun effet c’est pas faute d’avoir frotté pourtant. Alors qu’avec la bonne vieille méthode du vinaigre et du bicarbonate j’ai même pas eu besoin de frotter tout est parti en dix minutes. Je ne rachèterai donc plus ce produit
