I got fake sticks from a different seller and brand. These are the real deal! Flavor! 😋😋😋

These were ordered for Caramel Dipped Apples. I wanted something more than popsicles sticks. They made the apples look cute, especially with wired-on leaves attached.

The media could not be loaded. These tasted fine, helped with indigestion, all that good stuff. The first couple of roots I chewed were without incident. After this I found some kind of small, white, wormy larvae living inside the sticks. I don’t know about you, but this is a deal breaker for me. I could not send back as this item is not eligible for refund. Unless you like the possibility of monching little wormos, hard pass on these. I’ve included some pics and a short vid with my review. Once I found the first bug, I started pulling the root apart like string cheese. I found 7 in total before tossing out the whole bag. I’ve no doubt I’d have find more if I’d kept dissecting it. The larvae are small and easy to miss. There easily could have been some in the roots I’d already eaten. I’m probably going to be done with this particular remedy forever now.

Tastes fresh. I threw away my old dry spice and just use this now. I like putting a piece in my coffee.

These are really small pieces like an inch, occasionally two. The picture shows the longer sticks which are what I was looking for. These would get lost in my mouth so, I'm a little disappointed.

This high quality licorice root in large enough chunks that it does not have to be strained from your tea before you drink it. I will be a loyal customer!
