Purchased as one of my "practical" Christmas gifts for my wife to keep in her car. It shipped quickly and proved to be as advertised. I like the magnet feature the best which allows you to stick it on your car at night if you must pull off to the site of the road and need a red flashing light caution light.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of cosmetic appeal - The yellow color makes it look more like a toy, where I'm personally more into heavy-duty-looking tactical gear.

I gave these to family members as stocking stuffers this past Christmas. Just want to keep them safe. Everyone liked it. Kept one for me. Luckily no one has had to use it (and hopefully never will) but there is a feeling of security having it in the car. I will say that the item itself feels rather cheaply made but we'll see how long it lasts.

My girls and I got a kick out of the magnetic base. We stuck it to the fridge, and it stayed, very strong magnet! So far I haven't had to break any windows or cut any seat belts, however I do know all the lights work!

It's a comfort to have, but I hope I never have to use it. Easy to operate. I would recommend this.

The is a handy item to have in any vehicle and is also very affordable. It is easy to use and could/would come in handy for yourself or another driver. I suggest keeping something like this near the driver's seat and maybe use some velcro to keep it within arms reach. It would not do good in a glove box or trunk should a driver not be able to reach it if needed.What I like about this particular model is that the flashlight and beacon work together should that be an option to want to use. The lights are fairly bright as well. The window breaker comes with a little protective cover over the tip. It will work if needed. Research prior to use the best way to use a window breaker (which part of the glass to tap with it) I personally didn't want to demonstrate how it will work on one of my car windows but should that ever happen I will make sure to update my review. The seatbelt cutter does cut. We did test that on some thick rope. It will take some back and forth movement; if ever needed it will work!The Guides that come with this are ok. I had to ask the seller to send me those so hopefully that is all fixed and auto emailed. There are some pretty good tips in there for new drivers. This SOS 5 in 1 window breaker seat belt cutter, flashlight/ emergency flashers is awesome to have because you seriously never know what is going to happen. They consider it 5 in 1 because they also send you a roadside safety guide, but it is just an email not an actually book, which i am sure you can just google things like that and find some handy stuff, but i suppose it is nice. Now of course i have not used the window breaker or seat belt cutter, but the window breaker tool seems really good quality and has a very pointed tip on it, which is a good thing since a pointed sharp tip would break a window if it was submerged under water faster then a flat object. The seat belt cutter seems really sharp, i have cut tried it out by cutting some string and it cut throw very easy and fast. The lights of course are so useful, since a lot of accidents happen at night. The normal light is super bright and i am sure you would be able to see if from a far distance, and the flashing lights just help out since it is constantly blinking. Overall this is a must have for your vehicle, or even your purse if you do not drive! I rather be prepared, since seat belts lock up a lot, and the vehicles can malfunction.- i did receive this product for a discounted price in return for my honest and unbiased opinion. This is a very nice, basic tool to have for your vehicle. There are no bells or whistles on this. It's got the piece to break the window, the blade to cut your seatbelt, a flashlight and a strobe light as well as a very strong magnet to put it on your roof, I guess.The one I got is bright yellow which makes it easy to see in lower light. It fits easily into the glove box, door pocket and center console. It seems as though it would be sturdy enough to get the job done though I am not sure it'd be up for a repeat performance.It does use batteries so be aware of that and change them like you do your smoke detectors (you do that, right?).It's a great tool to have.
