I just love this prepping book! The author takes you through, step by step, EXACTLY what you can do, to build up your pantry for those unexpected disasters, a loss of a job, or bad weather times when the power goes out. This book is full of great information to find, build, and use your pantry to cook home made wholesome foods for your family. . This book, along with her other one, "The Prepper's Canning guide" are the only 2 you would need to have, to learn EVERYTHING you need to, to grow, buy, can and prepare all your foods for healthy wholesome meals.

I didn’t like the repetition...and I feel like the fotos weren’t really necessary, except to make the book longer. And the pages too thick, they always seem stuck together they’re so thick. Other than those details, good info,butnothing you can’t get for free searching the internet

Unless you are a expert at prepping and put food and supplies aside this book is very helpful. I have been putting back for a couple years. I have downloaded forms to help, but this book takes it step by step. I like it so much I purchased another one for my best friend. One of the best books I have found

I have been collecting books and making list and hoping i have enough…. If you view this as a checklist of what to have and things to learn, all of it can be used in life NOW. Compared to bugout or other more tragic world collapses. This is what my grandma did after the depression for the rest of her life, yet new tricks for the modern day.

Of course, it arrived quickly and in good shape. The contents of the book are well thought out, well written, and easy to read. I find myself going back to pages I've already read to use as a reference. The information has proven indispensable for me as a newbie in this food storage endeavor. The quality of the book is superb. The weight of the paper used is a very nice heavy stock that has stood up to my page-turning and returning, folding, marking, and dog-earing.

This book is the most complete, hits on everything n then somethings I'd not thought of either! It's definately a keeper n now My FAV go to next to "a year without the grocery store n store this-not that!! THESE ARE ABSOLUTE TREASURES YOU MUST READ, if you plan to STORE or be more reliant on your own reserves

Excellent book, filled with loads of gems on what food to store to last, how to prepare them lots of pictures, and great value for money. Well written and easy on the eyes, easy to read. Lovely book, would recommend to anyone.

A good purchase before the corona crisis hit. The book serves as a good basis on how to start prepping and keeping a good well stocked pantry. It’s meant for the hardcore peepers but it’s got some good sound advice.
