The screen protector came cracked. This says a lot about the product's durability. If it's going to break in the box, how can it protect my phone.

This is a very good screen protector at, what I consider an excellent price.The protector seems substantial. It’s clear and is the smoothest screen protector I’ve ever had. Very easy installation by following their video. I've had this installed on my Ultra since March, over four months now, and have had no adverse issues.I often carry my phone in my pocket with keys and coins. There are no marks or scratches on the protector. I can't comment on the finger print reader because I don't use a finger print reader on my phone.I did initially receive one from Amazon and it was cracked during shipping. I notified Tamoria and they immediately had a new one shipped to me. I'm pleased with their response.If I were to need a screen protector for another phone, this is the one I'd buy.--Steve

Best tempered glass screen protector for new s20 ultra, I purchased one and pack of two of this Tamoria screen protectors. I've had since Samsung started making stupid curved screens. Before this was out you could either pay an arm and a leg for the whitstone, or be stuck with really crappy options. This is the same as the whitstone, except without all the fancy rigging, you don't need it. Install it on a level surface, and be sure to use ALL of the adhesive, also, make sure you remove the protective film from the screen protector you can't tell it's on there. As far as the finger print scanner goes, it does work. You need to re register your fingerprint, and it helps if you register the same finger multiple times. Speaking of installing, that went smoothly as well. I spent about 10 min on it so that the glue would cure. This is the most important part of installing.. So I did it and was happy I did. Great product and would buy again.

I've tried about six different screen protectors and this is the only one that has the durability and also allows you to do your fingerprint I tried the more expensive White Stone dome glass which did not work whatsoever this one absolutely works and I did not even have turn on the sensitivity touchTo be able to read my fingerprint I highly recommend this screen protector.

Fingerprint reader works (but only if you install it correctly). Screen coverage is good when paired with an exterior case. Does not leave any bubbles, and it is sturdier than the weird film that came on phone from the manufacturer. Your choice if you want to leave that one on. If you choose to take it off, this is how you install the Tamoria cover to make it work:1. Lay a folded towel on the table and build it up so that the phone lays perfectly level. The big issue with installation is that the S20 camera is huge and offset. The adhesive is liquid, so if you lay the phone flat on the table the adhesive will run right off. I made that mistake the first time and had to scrape up the remnants of the adhesive off the table and did not get a perfect air-tight seal. The fingerprint sensor did not work. After reinstalling correctly, it works just fine, but I had to buy a 2nd screen guard.2. Clean the screen and put the stickers over the buttons and holes3. Squeeze out the adhesive and follow the rest of the instructions on the video.4. You do have to reprogram the fingerprint sensor and have to push pretty hard right off the bat to get it to recognize your finger, then it seems to work fine.

This product has done a good job for me for the past 24 hours or so. The screen does not move. The installation is not hard at all. You just dab the glue in the middle (Use all of the glue!) and put the screen on. It will absorb all the glue. Than use that UV Light by using a USB C cableAfter 5 minutes on UV ray the screen is solid and does not move at all. I will buy again.Update: I dropped it one star and was afraid this will happen. Bubbles started to come out. This is due to not bright enough UV light. I did the UV light for 10 mins and had no bubbles. After 2 weeks bubbles detected. I recommend you closely do the UV light to the screen so it can stick better and glue stays solid

I just installed this screen protector.I used one of the provided stickers to cover the tiny speakers at the top of the screen, but only knew to do that because I read others reviews and they suggested it. I feel it should have been part of the how to video or written instructions.I also put something under my phone so that it would lie flat and the glue would stay in the center, otherwise the camera glass on the back makes the phone lie at an angle. Again, I got that info from reviews, not their instructions.And lastly, the fingerprint sensor. I have read some reviews that say it doesn't work and when I tried it, mine didn't work either. I was trying to re-do my fingerprints with the new screen protector on and it wasn't registering them. I kept trying over and over and finally it worked! So, don't give up too soon and yours will probably work also. Again, should have been part of the instructions!It appears to be a good protector so far. No bubbles, no dust, etc...

#1 they add a note compensating for 5 star reviews which isn't a good sign with my experience. #2The install wasn't very hard once you watch the video but the liquid glue didn't cover the whole screen so it caused bubbles. Never recovered from there. #3 messy got everywhere and once I pulled the screen off it also caused bubbles on the samsung factory screen protector. Didnt work for me. They did try to give me a different protector but im not looking for a simple film
