I ordered this unit but the bulbs flickered. Lutron customer service felt there might be a compatibility issue with my bulbs. They are sending a unit that should be compatible. Very pleased with their customer service.

Works like a charm!

Pretty solid little device, and it works! I like that it has an 'off' click right after the lowest setting.
