I bought it. I take it. I didn't die. I didn't even get sick. That's really all I can tell you right now, because the effects of this K2 vitamin are not immediately observable. The reason I take it is because the latest research shows that Vitamin D (D3) has much more beneficial effects on our health than was previously known, and that megadoses of D3 - as much as 8,000 IU a day (which is what I take) up to three and four times that amount - give your body a huge boost in many areas, including immune function, apoptosis, cell regeneration, and many more. You can look this up yourself if you want to know more. HOWEVER, taking megadoses of D3 can cause other micronutrients, such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and others to get out of balance and cause symptoms sometimes known as "Vitamin D toxicity." Taking Vitamin K2 (which is what this review is about) will help your body rebalance these minerals and help you avoid the negative effects. That's my reasoning but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, and consult your own doctor before starting any extreme supplement regimen, such as D3 megadoses. I will say I have had a higher level of health since beginning this. I encourage you to do some research, consult your own doctor, then make your own choices about these issues.

From what I understand Vitamins K1 and K2 work synergistically with D3 in the body so they all have greater benefits; this is why our family has taken it for years. This is the brand we’ve continued to use.

As far as I can tell these are good quality Vitamin K. I bought them on the suggestion of an expert. But they came clumped together and almost unusable. With effort I have been able to carefully pull them apart without damaging them but I can tell that if they had been clumped any worse I would not have been able to.

This is the highest potency on the market. I'm 78 and would have osteoporosis if not for taking this product. My husband has aortic stenosis which has not gotten any worse since he's been taking this product. i recommended it to a friend with osteoporosis. After her last bone density test her doctor said she didn't have osteoporosis and asked what she did. She subsequently fractured her hip and the same doctor said it would have been much worse had she not been taking this product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING IT!!!!!! I take one with each of my three meals. Life Extension Foundation claims it does not affect blood clotting. None of us taking it has had any problems.

My whole family has been taking this for years, so I finally decided to leave a review. Nearly all Vitamin K products on the market do not have enough K, in my opinion. This has what you need. It synergies with Vitamin D3 and helps in many ways.
