MINE BROKE!!! The hoop the chain goes through was rather weak and I tried to be careful with it. I don't wear t much because of that. I am afraid it might get pull and snap. I was missing my brother and I decided to wear it and yup you got it...................it SNAPPED.... I am hoping I just got a bad one... It is so beautiful so if you get one PLEASE if the hoop feels weak when you turn it PLEASE return it and ask for a new one....... I am so sad mine broke. I am going to try o get a new one..............sigh

I was impressed with the packaging as it is suitable for gifting. The product itself has weight to it so it does not appear to be cheaply made, including the chain. The only negative is that you need to be extremely careful when tightening as the loop clasp will easily break off. It's better the seal the screw top with a bonding agent once it is aligned properly.

I love this necklace. I used to live at sea and like the “bulkiness” of it (though that is probably not the right word as it’s not really bulky but not “dainty” either. I don’t have ashes in it but that’s not to say I won’t someday want it for that purpose, so I can’t comment about it’s durability as an actual urn. However, it’s very well made and think it would be just fine. It’s certainly awesome as just a necklace.

I love the the looks of the urn necklace. But the necklace sent with it broke the first day. Kinda not something you would maybe wanna loose if it’s the only set of ashes you have set aside to remember your loved one. I haven’t yet purchased another necklace so I'm not sure about how it will hold up after being worn for awhile. I also would have liked an instruction sheet with the item. I kinda feel like it needs to be sealed somehow with a glue or something. I am afraid of it coming unscrewed. But otherwise it’s a beautiful piece and looks like the item in the picture.

I bought this for my uncle who lost his son ( my cousin). My cousin was a fisherman and just before he died he got a tattoo of an anchor, so I thought this was fitting. My uncle loved it and he ended up buying another one for his other son so they could both have him around their neck.My uncle said he even wears it in the shower so it must be sealed up pretty good.Like I said, I don't have personal experience with this item, but they both love it.

It was a gift for a dear friend and it was very beautiful and the funeral home even filled it for free.

I bought this for my aunt to put her daddys ashes in. We recieved it was super excited put his ashes in it and then realized the stone was missing. Yes we should have looked at it good before we put them in but we where excited. Since his ashes where already in it we did not want to send it back and get a new one.

Seemed really nice when I bought the first one but the top broke off and so ordered another and the top came off again really disappointed.

The product seems to be of good qualty. Ver small compartment for ashes and the gem on the front is not as it is displayed. Its more of a dollar store sequence
