Slim Medium Roast Instant Coffee Packets for Diet Support, 10ct | with Garcinia, Fiber, B Vitamins

I bought this coffee because I was trying to find a more cost effective alternative to the “happy coffee” everyone was peddling about a year or so ago. While I liked happy coffee and it’s affects on me, I don’t really want to pay over $60 for a tub of coffee. Anyways! So far so good with these. I’m a bit skeptical of the actual weight loss benefits these will provide, as garcenia cambogia and artichoke inulin (2 of the main ingredients) have minimal/incidental weight loss effects. However, I do believe the vitamins, fiber and caffeine mixed with these two things have the potential for a positive affect on appetite and body overall. The taste is good, not overwhelming like some instant coffees can be. The powder mixes well with both hot and cold water. I make a coffee protein drink with this every morning (packet of coffee, 8-10 oz water depending on cup size, about 20-30 mL heavy cream also dependent on cup size, and a scoop of protein powder; blend, sometimes I add ice too). This coffee has elevated my morning protein coffee drink experience. I definitely feel very alert and ready to tackle the day! I usually don’t get hungry until 1-2 in the afternoon, and I drink this around 8:30am. Is it as good as the happy coffee? Not sure yet, but it isn’t marketed as a happy coffee alternative and I’m quite happy with the taste, ease of use, price, and effect so far!

I only received earlier this week but y’all, if you’re looking for something that dissolves in cool water. You’ve found it. it dissolves easily and that fact was enough for me to subscribe to auto ship! The water I use is regular tap but we do not have chlorinated or hard water here so that might make a difference where ever you are. I am an iced coffee drinker 100% of the time. So having to heat some water to dissolve coffee before icing it up really irritates me! Especially if you’re forever behind schedule like I am! Really streamlined my prep in the morning.I don’t feel “fuller” but I’m not super starving by lunch time (coffee is my only breakfast btw). I have noticed that it is gentler on my stomach on the rare days that I happen to eat while drinking this coffee. I am not running to the bathroom. As far as making me regular? I never had a problem with that so…I haven’t seen weight loss effects but I also haven’t changed my lifestyle at all so when I decide to do more as far as weight loss goes, then I’ll update. Overall loving it!

I think it tastes great!I have the instant and the ground.They both have increased my energy quotient, (be 79 July 4) tamed my appetite, helped assist in elimination and hasn’t (except the first morning I used it) made me jittery.I think I sense a difference in how my body reacts to the instant and how it reacts with the ground using my one cup coffeemaker.I was not disappointed in its quality or taste.

I bought this because I wanted something a little more interesting than plain instant coffee to keep at my office. The individual packets are convenient, the coffee tastes decent, and I liked the idea of added fiber and vitamins.After 3 boxes delivered in a period of one year, I had the inspiration to look more closely at the ingredients and researching them… I realized most of the advertised benefits are marketing rather than something you’re likely to actually notice. The added B vitamins are fine if you’re deficient, but they won’t magically boost energy or metabolism. The Garcinia cambogia has very limited scientific support for weight loss, despite what the packaging suggests. The small amount of inulin fiber is nice for gut health, but it’s not enough to make this a “diet support” product.At around $33 for only 24 packets, it’s hard to justify the price. You’re paying well over a dollar per cup for instant coffee with a few inexpensive added ingredients.If you’re looking for genuine health benefits, I think you’d get much better value from buying a quality organic coffee or organic cacao and focusing on a healthy diet instead of paying extra for clever marketing.It’s not a bad product, but I don’t think it’s worth the new increased premium price. I have to cancel the Subscribe & Save.

At first I was skeptical, after some trial and error I mix this with my regular coffee. I typically drink a 16 oz cup I would Brew My K-cup add one envelope and throughout the entire day my Hunger subsided. I have to say even being quarantined, drinking this coffee and a light breakfast my appetite is curbed. typically I would eat out but instead I was having canned tuna with lime and salsa. for breakfast egg whites. nothing has changed in my diet but I have to say, after having this for only 2 weeks I've lost 4 lb that may be a little bit to some people but if you have to think about it in a month that 8 lb in 5 months 40 lb this is not the miracle cure for losing weight quickly, but it does curve your appetite. This is definitely a good start! I honestly recommend this!

I love this product but this last purchase I notice that the instant sticks are empty no coffee product in them 😭. For the price that I paid it is unfortunate that the sticks are basically empty.

Very bitter taste, had to use 3 sugars to get it down which certainly defeats the purpose of a slimming coffee.There are no curbings on food cravings.Save your money.

Helped with appetite. Taste was fine. I feel maybe too expensive for what it was though.
