Ares Gear - Aegis 1.5" Belt (Black Webbing, Black Buckle)

Best EDC belt with micro adjust buckle for the perfect fit. Very stiff to carry everything you would want. I also considered the enhanced but after getting this belt realized you don’t need the extra stiffness in my opinion. Carrying an RMR Glock 19 with two spare mags no problem. If you are deciding between this and the enhanced for EDC, I would go with the standard aegis unless you are planning on double duty for putting more on your belt or just like super rigid belts. I also own the wilderness tactical 1.5 inch belt and this aegis is more rigid than that belt. I like the aegis way better.Craftsmanship is top notch and I love the buckle! This belt unlike others can be micro adjusted in the fly, which I like when carrying. I carry AIWB and can grab the little bar on the buckle and pull it out discretely to loosen the belt a little before sitting and do the opposite when standing. Awesome adjustability for perfect fit. Well worth the money!

Everything else like this that I looked at was short-life garbage. The simple design that held my uniform pants up but wider (1-1/2 vs 1-1/4), beefy-er, inconspicuous (black, non-reflective), better materials (nylon, 304 stainless), stiffer (but not "wooden" stiff), perfectly designed for its intended purpose: To hold my pants up. Oh, and to support my weapon, ammo, etc. Very, very nicely done. Expensive? Ah, quityerbitchin; "bleed" now or bleed later. Take "Doc's" advice; buy this one. BTW: Strap length is NOT adjustable (another thing to fail); buy your correct belt size.

Everything about this belt leads me to believe that it will last a lifetime. It is incredibly stiff, and the buckle is the strongest I've ever seen. I carry appendix, and this belt performed flawlessly at the range. 70+ draws and it was consistent and provided superb stiffness making carrying much easier. I run Alien Gear Shapeshift appendix with a vp9.After wearing every day for a week, with a trip to the range, there are no visible signs of wear. It looks like it is brand new. Never seen a belt shrug off usage like that.Cons: This is not a comfortable belt. It isn't uncomfortable either. After wearing it all day you can sense it digging into your hip at times. But this is just the nature of how stiff this belt is. I wouldn't change a thing.

This is by far the best EDC belt in the market. It may be expensive but it’s worth every penny and it’s made in the U.S.A. This belt is the stuff legends are made of, I swear every time I put it on and cinch the buckle I hear a Bald Eagle soaring overhead 👍🏼🦅 I loaded it up today with my Glock 19x, Glock 43x my Benchmade SoCP dagger and an extra mag for both weapons and it felt like I was wearing nothing at all, this belt is so sturdy it’s almost unreal. This truly is the unicorn of gun belts. And it’s pretty good looking too, you could get away with wearing it in dress clothes. If they made this in leather I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it. I’ll be purchasing this in the FDE color as well.

Wow is all I can say this is the finest belt in the world I ordered the belt from Amazon and forgot about it because I thought it was going to take 6 to 8 weeks 2 days later it was here I honestly didn't know what it was because I thought it was going to take longer then 2 days and 100 thumbs up it is truly the nicest gun belt on this planet hands down it's the sweetest gun belt out there pull the trivger on this one this one is a no brainer.In no way will you purchase this belt and say this it not top quality because it it top quality.

I guess it’s ok. Buckle too wide for most IWBH holsters. You have to move to buckle to the 10 o clock position to mount your IWBH.

Amazing belt! Holds my T.Rex Arms Sidecar appendix holster for P320 like a champ. Easy to adjust too. I was a little weary getting the large but it was perfect for my 34inch waste - plus I could afford to tighten up around the waste. Skipped enhanced version and glad I did. Just the right amount of ridgedness.

Best gun belt I have bought. It’s stiff, supportive, very comfortable and the quality feels great. After having this type of belt which is infinitely, easily and discreetly adjustable I would never consider a standard belt with adjustment holes every inch or so. Definitely recommend.
