Great for stimming and building grip strength, though if you have a connective tissue/hypermobile joints issue like I do, the ones that go around the fingers with their little loops to stretch your fingers out you’ll want to be careful with.

I often work at a computer and started having pain in my hands from this work. I'm somewhat ambidextrous and have both a right-hand and a left-hand mouse so that I don't overwork one hand over the other, and I have an ergonomic keyboard. Even with these, my hands eventually felt pain from the repetitive work. Along with my hand/wrist stretches, I had to do strength training on my hands. I have a Thera-band for some very helpful exercises I learned from a physical therapist, but I still wanted something specific to work out the fingers. I wanted to enhance my grip, but I also wanted to prevent an imbalance by also working the extensor muscles in my hand. In addition, I sought for something oblong--as opposed to the more common squeeze balls--for my grip so that it would better work my index and pinky fingers. This package has both of those tools and even some exercise rings, which are new to me. I tried them out and found that I prefer them over the squeeze eggs for strengthening my grip. They give all my fingers a nice workout. The stretch bands work well for building up my extensor muscles as well. They are exactly what I needed for this exercise. The price is good too. I thought I would be spending a lot more for these tools than I did on this package.

Seems well made but the items are much smaller then the pictures suggest. I'll return them as they are just too small for me.

I recently had hand surgery, and these are the same types of tools that I am using at the therapy sessions. Therapy is only twice a week, and I want to do the exercises more often. This package of items allows me to do just that. The quality is very good, and the variety of firmness and strengths is perfect for building back range of motion and strength.

Je me suis cassé un os de la main en septembre 2004 et malgré la physiothérapie il me reste encore des séquelles et je suis gaffeuse avec cette main. Donc en ce moment cela correspond bien à mes besoins surtout celui où je dois écarter les doigts. J'ai 66 ans....
