Perfects, quality and endurance
Love those bands are perfect for arms more than for legs. But you can use for legs anyway!I libe the way that they indicate the strength of the bands very simple and clear!.They come in a really nice package, also a guide with some basic exercises that you can do with them.They are very confortable and good quality. They are very lights to transport anywhere so no excuses to don’t use them!

Serves it's purpose. No difficulty or discomfort whilst using each band. The only thing is that some of the bands may roll up whilst working out in them which may be slightly irritating.

Very good quality resistance bands. Nicely packed in a handy bag. They are very helpful when doing my physio excercises. Each colour is a different level of resistance so I can make them as easy ir as hard as I want to. Good price as well.
