Q: What’s the difference between the “moisture” and “smoothness” other than the latter having spf?

The NIVEA Moisture lip care in the dark blue stick has no SPF and is slightly richer. We hope you enjoy our NIVEA Lip products!

Q: Has the formula for the Smoothness lip balm changed recently? It seems completely different than it has always been. Many reviewers say the same.

The formulation of the NIVEA Smoothness Lip SPF 15 was updated over a year ago so that it is now mineral oil free. Our new NIVEA Smoothness Lip Care formulation now contains more nourishing natural oils such as jojoba and avocado oil, and shea butter. These improvements, however, have changed the taste and the consistency of the product. We have listened to our consumer feedback. As a result, we are currently working to update the formula to decrease the intensity of the perfume, which should provide a better overall experience. By doing so, we hope this will alleviate the major causes of concern that our consumers have shared with us. We hope you will try our updated NIVEA Smoothness Lip Care formula which should be available in 4-packs on Amazon.com
