I wore the belly binder that they gave me in the hospital for the first couple days and then switched to this one because the binder was hurting my incision. This is AMAZING!! I put it on and after a little adjusting I was literally pain free. I was 125 lbs pre pregnancy and was 162 lbs when I delivered. I ordered a medium and it barely fits... but it fits! It’s supposed to be tight so it works well. I wouldn’t have wanted a large. This way... as I shrink it will shrink with me. So if you’re thinking about buying this... do it!
