**Q: How do they taste?**
A: I've been buying these for just under 2 years now as part of my keto diet. My favorite ThinSlimFoods item is the pizza dough..for flavor, texture, etc. But the bagels... eh. Everything is the best of, but the 'everything' part... just bits mixed in the dough. I use bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese. I toast these... and if you refrigerate after opening, just cover one in foil, bake at ..400 for 5 minutes to steam it back to 'fresh.' It's not a bagel... doesn't taste like a bagel. It's 'like a bagel.' It's not cardboard, either. For my purposes, it's pretty good. But I prefer their honey wheat bread, pizza dough, and Linda's Delights pancakes over the bagels. So far, I haven't found a better tasting keto bagel. No carbs...no side-effects from the fiber... so it's a vehicle for cream cheese.

**Q: why do you put zero net carbs on your package when this has carbs and it definitely raises your blood glucose??**
A: It is zero carb in a diabetic its has 14 carbs but 14 fiber subract the fiber from the carba what do you get 0

**Q: Does it contain pysllium?**
A: I just read contents on the cinnamon bagels. didn't see physllium listed. I don't have the plain bagel bag with contents.so I cannot say for sure.

I give you a 5 because it has been a long time since I had a bagel. I first tried it toasted but it came out hard and flavorless. I then tried one baby itself, no toast. It was excellent. I am a bread lover and to have this bagel that does not spike my sugar levels wonderful. I will definitely order again.

I was so excited, but terribly disappointed. I ordered the everything and cinnamon. I tried the everything....had a hard time even slicing it. The knife, which is sharp, made a weird sound from the tough cardboard texture. There were virtually no seeds or seasoning in the bagel and absolutely none on the outside. The bagel had zero taste, bad texture, plain and toasted. Even with cream cheese I could not tolerate the lack of taste and bad texture....didnt even finish it....for the first time in my life. I am not even going to try the cinnamon. Total waste of alot of money.

These were great flavor and texture, which is difficult to get it seems sometime with starchy low carb foods. They were full size bagels, and you get both top and bottom as a single serving. Their cost is comparable to most low carb starch type foods as reasonable, aim really looking forward to my next variety pack due in the next couple days. Am thrilled to have found these.
