These worked perfectly. They fit comfortably. They don't slide out of place or force my feet too far up out of my shoes. My feet already have far less pain after only a few days of use.

I had worn "custom" plastic insoles for high arches for decades. These were recommended to me and from the time is put them in they were amazing. They feel fantastic and I can not walk without pain! I'm so happy I they were recommended and will continue to use them!

Been using Sole for years, but my local shop stopped carrying my style. I tried a different thickness but it was too much. I tried a different brand that was supposed to be comparable, but it was more flexible and didn't do the trick. Looking online I thought I found my regular, only to discover it was the wrong size. My style and size just seems to not exist right now... so I gave these a try. Super comfy! They are giving the right support and have slowly eliminated all the pain I was in when I didn't have tye right ones in my shoes. (I stand a lot for work so it's been rough.) These give support without being super hard - I was nervous about the materials not being sturdy enough, but they are with just enough give to cushion at the same time.

Been using these for at least 10 years. I have 3 pair of hiking footwear and several pair of sneaks. These are in all of them as replacements for the insoles that came with each pair. The metatarsal bump really sits exactly where it should be and provides excellent support for the metatarsal. These are not soft. They are made of cork and mold to your feet over time, or if you are in a hurry, you can put them into the oven at 200 degrees and accelerate the molding process. If you hike, you should have these in your shoes. Period.

product is smaller than shoe even though they are the same suggested size and the shoe squeaks nonstop. very comfortable but too noisy

I have very bad, very high arches, in very long narrow feet. It feels like spikes driven into my arches, combined with massive pain if my weight fully hits the ball of my foot, making me stand and walk on the outer edges of my feet. Even the Good Feet Store couldn't find inserts that would help. I've tried a few non-customized ones. Without fail, the pain sets in after a bit. Seeing a number of reviews of SOLE that suggested it might meet my issues, I decided to try. I've worn them on two grocery shopping trips, a short visit to my mother, and three hospital visits of varying duration, two of which included a long hike to get lunch. I wear socks with tight arch bands and lots of heel and toe cushioning. Pro: Exactly fits my VIVAIA slip on sneakers without trimming. The heel cup is -amazing-. I think it's why I can now walk a good ways without incurring sciatic and lower back pain. The arch support is good, though slightly farther back than I want. This is an issue with every arched insert I've tried, so I think I must have arches further forward than normal. Neutral: They creak. Very slightly, only audible in quiet areas, possibly only audible to me. But I'm walking around a hospital a lot right now (for my husband's ongoing treatment), so I notice. Also my heel doesn't feel as firmly wedged in the shoe, there's a bit of up and down motion, but the VIVAIA shoe is smooth there and isn't going to blister me. Con: The met pad is too far back, I think. I'm not an expert, maybe it's supposed to be there, but it feels more in the front of my arch than at the base of the ball of my foot. The insoles aren't very cushioned, especially at the front. So while I seem to have escaped the crippling sciatic and back pain, the balls of my feet can hurt even just sitting in a hospital room's visitor chair. I think I'd rather have a little ridge for my toes to grip than a lump further back. (In fact, the arch/met bumps are making me remember the shoes that originally caused my arch issues, Nikes in the 1980s that I thought had great arch support due to their small lump under my foot but in fact were -not- helping me in my fencing stance, so I'm worrying the SOLE are doing something bad like that).

Bought these for my husband and he doesn’t wear his work dress shoes without them now. It’s really helped his achy feet!!

A bit pricey, but surprisingly comfortable compared to the dozens I’ve bought before. It already feels great, and I expect it will be even better once it fully conforms to the shape of my feet with more use.
