It’s sturdy enough for a hard bite but soft on teeth or mouth. It’s thick and have a nice grip. My dentist recommend something to bite to help grow face bones for teeth spacing. They use it every two to three days, it has been several months ago and still intact. Super easy to wash with soap and water. Adjustable cord and the clasp will open easily.
