I've always had kp or "chicken skin" bumps on the back of my arms. Last year, I finally thought to do something about it. I purchased an acid-based exfoliating scrub and while it helped some, the acid burned my hands so bad that I had to wear rubber gloves just to apply the stuff. Not the most convenient or easy to do when your hands are wet from being in the shower. So I thought I'd look for another solution and found this exfoliating bar. It has been much more effective than the chemical explosion. I wish I'd taken before pictures, but I can tell you my arms have never been so smooth. Even after the first use, my arms felt noticably better. The 4 oz bar lasts me nearly 6 months, and I use this on both arms, my knees, and feet every shower. No idea who would need the 8 oz bar because that would be huge! Anyway, this bar is phenomenal. I am sensitive to fragrances, and the lemongrass scent doesn't offend me at all. Love this bar. Will be subscribed to it forever and I'm never going back to chemical acid scrubs!

This sucker is no joke! It exfoliates like sand at the beach I lovvvvvve it! I applied some oil after I used this and it exfoliate me so good that I can feel my skin really eating up that oil. Def going to be buying this on the regular

The best exfoliation you’ll ever experience. This has made its way into my shaving routine and I wouldn’t think about shaving my legs without it. It also seems to prevent as many ingrown hairs when I use it during hair regrowth. I can use it every day without irritation if I feel like I need to.

This bar will exfoliate your skin with your first use. Perfect for kp or exfoliating your skin before a self tan. You will get a good exfoliation with your first use. I use 2-3 times per week, anymore I believe could compromise your skin barrier as this is quite strong. The only downside is the cost. $15 for 4oz bar is a bit much and it doesn't tend to last long. Make sure to not leave it in shower and allow it to completely dry out between uses otherwise your just wasting the bar. Would recommend if you really want a thorough exfoliation.

I was pretty sure this $22 bar of soap was going to end up in the ever rising exfoliation failure pile inside my bathroom closet. I was wrong, happily! It takes a minute upon first use to reveal it's actual grit, you'll find that getting the bar started on a rough patch, like a callus will help. The grit, I'd say, is maybe a tad more refined than table sugar which I had actually started using after being desperate for an exfoliation answer for ingrown hairs. There's no scent so once I had a good exfoliation lather, I used my hyaluronic acid body wash. I don't think I'd ever go without this in my shower again. #worthit

Sooooo..... What can I say about this soap? It is definitely an exfoliating soap - please use sparingly and gently. However, if you use it like you haven't bathed in 6 months you will look like one of the zombies from The Walking Dead or Deadpool. Very important - you MUST follow up with a moisturizer after this - if not, you will look like the Silver Surfer on an ashy and dry day. All in all, I would say use this every two weeks (any more than that and people will be putting up missing posters for you as you will have scrubbed away your entire existence). Also, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! You do not want to like like a rice cake walking out your door - not cute.
