Works great! R5 Not installed for Termination
The adapter works great with an EP8266 to interface to another RS-485 device! Have run it at 115200 baud over a 100 foot cable. No issues. * Note: Does NOT come with resistor R5 installed to enable local termination. To enable local termination, one must jumper the two mounting pads for resistor R5. Product schematic in the listing shows a 0 ohm resistor in the circuit for R5. This is incorrect.

Works great
This review is for the single pack of the max 3485 3.3v board. There are 3 LEDs, one for power, one for tx, and one for rx. The board worked fine and the LEDs also work as expected to show bus traffic. There are empty solder pads to short if you want to enable termination. Good product.

Works with a Raspberry pi
I was having issues with conflicts of the USB of a pi zero so I switched from a USB to RS485 to this device. I had to work on the timing but once that was calculated the module is soldi and works well
