It is the sheer, crepe silk that is not smooth to the touch. I always order larger than necessary, but this comes in 2 sizes, missy and plus. I got the plus, and it barely will do. If you are 3X or larger, don't buy this as it will be way too small. Review: Too expensive but nice - Love it. Not sure why it is so expensive. Shouldn't be.

This is a nice garment, but it isn't the lovely silky silk I was hoping for. It is the sheer, crepe silk that is not smooth to the touch. I always order larger than necessary, but this comes in 2 sizes, missy and plus. I got the plus, and it barely will do. If you are 3X or larger, don't buy this as it will be way too small.
