I noticed a LOT of people complaining that their drains were slow using this.Well, that just goes to show that it is doing what it is supposed to do!Initially, my drain ran slow after a few uses. So I decided to clean it EVERY time after use and I no longer had the problem! I use the strainer basket in the shower tub drain and it traps a LOT of hair after I wash my hair. I noticed that if I use too much hair conditioner, it tended to slow the draining. I switched to a different conditioner and no longer have the problem. Actually a great filter that does a really good job trapping hair!

Looks really great. That was easy to install! The lower gasket that came with was leaking and I had to use another one, Beside that small inconvenience it was installed in 15 minutes including removing the old one and I am not a plumber!

This product is very thin tubing. It is so thin that it can not be cut to length with a pro-quality tubing cutter with a new cutting wheel installed. It is so thin that it actually gives in on the roller side of the cutter and the cutter wheel fails to get enough pressure to cut. Had to go to the shop and use a metal chop saw withwood blocks to support. It cost me more in time than it was worth. Would not buy for future jobs.
